Exceptionally comfortable place, I enjoyed attentive personnel.
the property was fairly clean, the room was fully-equipped and spotless. the breakfast was varied, the check in was early. for sure, free wi-fi worked well throughout the property. it had central location close to cat monument.

The place is fairly clean, the room is updated, the staff is affable. The hotel offers rich meal in the morning with asian dishes and Local food options, for instance. The location of the property in Kuching is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, close to the Fort, the Kuching riverfront and water front. It's not very far from Toh Yuen, spent evening there.

The front staff at the Imperial Riverbank Hotel were absolutely marvelous! During check-in, they efficiently verified my debit card for the room deposit. On the day of check-out, they noticed a double charge on my card and immediately chased after me, even though I was already inside a Grab car, to inform me and collect my details for reimbursement. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service!
